
The My Customer Portal add-on enables your customers to view job and booking details by site, send notes, request for new jobs, and access job-related files (photos, invoices, certificates, and etc.) It serves as a replacement for the ServiceGuru Customer Portal add-on.
A one-month free trial is available upon activation. After the trial, a usage-based subscription applies, with the following pricing tiers:
Up to 5 Jobs: AUD 4.99/month
Up to 20 Jobs: AUD 11.99/month
Up to 50 Jobs: AUD 19.99/month
Up to 150 Jobs: AUD 39.99/month
Up to 500 Jobs: AUD 79.99/month
Up to 1500 Jobs: AUD 149.99/month
Unlimited Jobs + Dedicated Server + Custom Domain Name: AUD 299/month
PS: only the jobs that you share with your customers using My Customer Portal will be counted in My Customer Portal usage. One job will be counted only once. For example, if you share your job #10245 with the customer in February, it will be counted in the usage of February. After that, even though that job is still shared with the customer in March, it won't be counted in the usage of March again.
